Thanks to a grant from Cheshire & Merseyside Women's and Children's Services Partnership, we are running free Parental Support groups via Zoom. There will be two groups for both expectant and new parents, one evening and one afternoon and they will run for 6 weeks.
These sessions will give you the chance to talk with others about how the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent Lockdown has affected you, and the SWaNS counsellors will be able to offer support and advice on how to cope. Having other parents to talk to can really help when things feel over-whelming, especially after the last two years!
